We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of business development and service sales experience. This position is based in California.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients in various industries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Generate leads and follow up on business opportunities to secure new clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Pitch and present our range of services, including digital marketing, accounting and bookkeeping, data analytics, HR consultancy, and IT solutions, to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the company's reach and promote our services.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales activities and achievements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record in business development and services sales, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, accounting and bookkeeping, data analytics, HR consultancy, and IT services.
  • Ability to work 3 to 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional meetings outside regular working hours.
  • Can Be able to work on site from office present in Palo Alto
